Weider-Tera Company was established in the Salt Lake City, Utah, USA in 1940 jointly by the two brothers JOE·WEIDER and BEN·WEIDER. In 1945, JOE·WEIDER and his younger brother BEN·WEIDER founded Weider Fitness Center and Sports Instrument Company separately in Canada and America; meanwhile they still engaged in the research and development with respect to healthy food and sport tonic in a positive manner.
